Refund policy

Allow yourself at least 30 days and if you still don't love your pillow within 100 nights, please contact us at customer.service@lmpworldwide.com. We will help find the right pillow for you to exchange, or you can expect a hassle-free return. Please note when returning product(s), the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Upon reviewing the returned product, if damaged, soiled, or abused, we will not be able to issue a full refund.
